Insurance Verification Agents (outbound calls no sales) 21 openings in Call Center Will be making outbound calls to insurance agents, customers, carriers to verify and confirm information. Will involve some follow-up. No collections/sales involved at all. MUST have good communciation skills and excellent customer service. No call center experience needed, but basic computer competency required. Need some customer service experience. Pay: $11 per hour. Hours: 5 days a week, M-F four of the days will work 8:30 - 5:00, fifth day will work 10:30 - 7:00 shift will be assigned. This is temp to hire based on performance. Our client expects to have a consistent workload for at least a year and a half, so they are really looking for the long-term commitment. Focus for the candidates must really be on communication skills and consistent stable work history.
