Insurance Operations Specialist

Candidate must be capable of assisting with gathering information for the life of an insurance application via outbound calls. Position is responsible for contacting and working with Financial Advisors, Insurance carriers and 3rd party vendors in the medical field, to gather all information needed to complete the insurance application process. The ideal candidate must be proactive and able to communicate clearly and effectively. Must have a great attention to detail, and strong follow up skills and organization. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Responsibilities include processing heavy volumes of paperwork with accuracy, assisting with general inquiries, meeting deadlines, and willing to work overtime if necessary. - AA/BA degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years experience in the brokerage, insurance or financial industry.   We offer an excellent salary and benefits package.
