Proven ability to exceed in an authorization environment. Ability to work independent of others. Strong ability to multi-task and adapt to fast passed, changing environment Schedule flexibility to include 8 hours on the weekend. Strong working knowledge of the following system applications: EASy, Oasys, Mainframe, Heat, Voice Auth, Game Cash, MAP, ManAuth, Accurnt, IEX Agent Web station, Outlook Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls from POS merchant customers for check and credit card authorizations. • Verify and/or update customer information in the EASy and Voice Auth systems to generate a response for our merchant customers • Make outbound calls to Financial Institutions to complete check or credit card authorizations. • 90% Customer Service Satisfaction required • 90% Procedural Satisfaction required • Answer inbound calls from customer care to disclose reason for decline o Assist consumers with documenting claim information • First Line Technical/Maintenance for OTB • Create/Close Heat tickets for Gaming group • Escalate technical issues to senior management as necessary • Manual Authorization calls. • Process credit card cash advances for casino guests • Make outbound calls to the Authorization Center/Bank for approval • Send the approval/decline to the casino • Answer Inbound calls from Vcom customers in order to assist with membership application completion and pin reset requests. • Make outbound call to customers’ current employer or personal contact number to complete membership approval. • First Line for Escalated calls • MIR processing for Cardtronics • Code 10 (Suspicious Customer Activity) • Non-call responsibilities: • Process Faxed Checks for established merchants • Bank Information Updates
