Inbound Customer Marketing Advisor-Full Time Job Description: As a Bank of America Customer Marketing Advisor, you would be responsible for accepting incoming customer service calls from our credit card customers and developing a rapport with them to deepen our existing relationship. You would solicit balance transfers from competitors, sell cash deposits into checking accounts and offer supporting credit card products and services. Associates utilize negotiation and judgment skills to determine the most appropriate solicitation for each customer, minimize fraud, while maintaining customer satisfaction and delight. Successful candidates are goal-oriented, flexible and possess strong decision-making skills. Additionally, successful candidates have the ability to navigate several computer applications and the judgment to deviate from standard screens, scripts and procedures when appropriate. Extensive training on products, services and computer applications is provided.
