The desk trades physical and financial gas and power, oil, refined products, emissions, coal, metal and weather derivatives. The primary IT application that is utilized to support front-to-back business activities is Endur, a third-party vendor software package from Openlink. In terms of organizational structure, the department is categorized into several different roles with overlapping responsibilities. The primary roles in the department include developer, business analyst, infrastructure specialist, support analyst and project manager.  Senior Front Office IT Rapid Application Development (RAD) Role requires the candidate to work in a dynamic and exciting environment. The RAD team works for Front Office on the trading floor managing projects and random request. Main duties as follows: Â· Work with other developers and guide the design and development.· Manage multiple projects.· Hands on developer/lead: this position requires coding in multiple languages based on the current need.· Support and create existing risk and P&L systems/reports in C# including market data tools.· Support and create existing pages in Java WebLogic using JSP.
