IT Audit Senior Manager / Vice President Information Systems Audit Manager

Job Description

Global Financial Services Fortune Firm with products and services in the  investment banking, trade-finance, capital markets, securities brokerage, asset management, retail banking, wealth management, Insurance  and private banking areas seeks Information Systems Audit Manager at the Vice President level. Will manage and direct Infrastructure and Applications Reviews, Pre and Post Implementation Reviews, General Controls Reviews and Integrated Audits with the financial and operational auditors. Will plan and perform audits of Information Technology operating procedures and processing systems. Also, will provide consultative and advisory services to management and various banking departments. Will manage and coordinate Technology Audit efforts with external auditors. Liaison with IT Business Partners to ensure full understanding of data flow, data integrity and system security. Participate in the annual enterprise risk assessment and the recommendation of the annual audit plan for IT Audits. Work in a team environment to manage the planning, auditing, reporting and follow-up of large complex and multiple technology audit projects in accordance with accepted IIA and  ISACA standards. Little or no travel.

 

Candidate should have a BS or BA in Accounting, Computer Science, MIS or related field. Certified Information Systems Auditor(CISA), Certified Public Accountant(CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor(CIA)

preferred. Minimum 8 years experience in Information Systems Technology Audit within private financial services, banking, manufacturing or consumer products  it audit or public accounting/management consulting risk advisory services.

Knowledge of UNIX, Windows, AS/400, Client Server, Web Services, Internet, Intranet, Firewalls, Routers, Sybase, Oracle, SQL, LAN'S, WAN'S, Remote Access Systems, Systems Development, IT control frameworks, database management systems, SDLC, general it controls, application controls, information security, COBIT, COSO and SOX 404 requirements relating to IT systems and processes.
