Our offices are located in midtown Manhattan, Princeton, NJ and Dublin and Naas, Ireland. Responsibilities-The candidate will play a key role in development and maintenance of middle office reporting and data transformation software.- Design, develop and unit test software on a fast-paced Agile development team.- Provide technical leadership to Jr. associates.Job Specifications- Bachelors Degree-3 plus years experience- Expert-level knowledge of least one systems language and one scripting language, with preference given to Java as the systems language.- Expert-level knowledge of OO, design patterns, refactoring, automated testing tools, enterprise architecture patterns.- Track record of delivering software to production using lightweight methodologies. Established aptitude and fluency in technology fields.- Team-oriented attitude. Excellent communication skills. Ability to lead others on technical initiatives.- Strong knowledge of SQL and database development. Understanding of RDBMS design and data normalization.- Ability to act in dual-role as business analyst, gathering requirements with users.- Experience with Financial apps and Trade Processing a plus.Click here to apply
