CAF is a division of CarMax Auto Superstores, Inc. with operations located in Kennesaw, Georgia. CAF is a captive finance company, procuring financing originations through CarMax's new and used car sales. Position Summary:The Human Resources Manager role is one that provides generalist support to CAF. In this position, the HRM will consult with clients to align and support business plans with the Human Resources strategy to ensure continuous organization effectiveness in a highly teamwork based organization.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:• Provide counsel and guidance to managers and associates, ensuring consistency in the application of policies, practices.• Provide counsel and guidance to managers in matters of performance management, compensation and leaves administration.• Provide support and facilitate the resolution of associate relations issues.• Oversight of company compensation, benefits, and associate relations processes and initiatives.• Facilitation of training and leadership development classes.• Management of the associate on boarding process and facilitation of the company orientation program.• An additional responsibility includes partnering with the appropriate resources to develop and implement organizational resolutions. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years Human Resources Generalist/Manager experience with a minimum of 2 years as a Sr. Generalist. Experience with associate relations is preferred. HR certification preferred but not required. The ability to champion change and influence others is important to the success of this role. This customer-focused opportunity requires the Human Resources Manager to initiate improvements and have the ability to build relationships and respect of others. Strong communication and platform skills are necessary, as the role requires the ability to coach, develop, empower and motivate others. .
