Helpdesk Analyst
Provide support to internal users by effectively trouble-shooting, diagnosing and resolving user issues and work requests. Responsible for accurately referring unresolved issues to appropriate support groups. Support includes issues relating to PC's, laptops, application software, telecommunication issues and basic network communication issues in a Microsoft environment.
Required Skills:
- Superior customer service skills and attitude
- Previous experience within an IT help desk organization
- Excellent documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Ability to share information with Information Technology team members
