The first point of contact in a call center environment, to support all internal clients with desktop, hardware, software and network related inquiries, issues or requests. Utilize tracking system and remote software to educate, troubleshoot and resolve incoming issues, inquiries or requests.
Combination of education and experience with a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, 2 year post secondary education or equivalent and/or 2-3 years of technical support and customer service which enables the incumbent to be successful in the job.
