Healthcare Business Banker

The Healthcare business segment represents a revenue and household growth opportunity for National City Bank. Effective market and wallet share development requires a seasoned relationship manager who is fluent in the needs of healthcare businesses, their owners and their professional staff memebers--a trusted advisor who acts as the main point of contact for the client who relies on a support team of specialists to meet the client's needs. This individual is responsible for: 1. Increasing market share in an assigned territory of healthcare businesses by primarily consentrating on new healthcare business household acquisition 2. Cross-selling National City services 3. Achieving individual sales efforts 4. Cultivating internal partnerships with PCG, Wholesale Banking, Branch Network, Mortgage Banking, etc. and effectively engaging them in seamlessly meeting the holistic financial needs of each client. 5. Cultivating external COIs (attorneys, accountants, practice management firms, billing companies, etc.) as a referral source for new relationship development. An HBBO is expected to: 1. Deliver complete financial services to healthcare clients with a leading focus on revenue cycle management 2. Maintain high quality client, prospect, and centers of influence contacts via in person visits, 3. Network with internal and external referral sources 4. Be visible in the local healthcare community which may require participation in business after hours. 5. Represent the most experienced level for delivering healthcare financial solutions including sales of depository, cash management, wealth management, financing, group banking and other ancillary financial services 6. Achieve a minimum in deposit revenue and credit revenue as specified in their first year as a healthcare business banker. 7. Proactively maintain an above average knowledge and significant expertise in the healthcare market at a macro and local level and demonstrate the ability to apply this knowledge.Requirements:-Business cash/treasury management experience-Demonstrated, business credit accumen -Strong communication and presentation skills-Above average experience and knowledge of the healthcare segment-Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) or related designations a plus.Qualifications Related Information National CIty Corporation subsidiaries and member banks are Equal Opportunity Employers.
