HR Sourcing Associate

Job Description:

Our client, a major financial institution, is currently seeking an HR Sourcing Associate to join their team in Manhattan. This person will be responsible for creating and implementing Consulting and HR sourcing events as well as analyzing and revising the department’s procedures, policies and strategies. The ideal candidate has experience sourcing consulting HR and other professional services.

 

Our client is offering a base salary up to $130K plus bonus.

 

Major Responsibilities:

· Develop and carry out sourcing strategies for the various areas of HR including Benefits and Learning/Development

· Create plans for sourcing projects

· Manage worldwide sourcing initiative with respect to timeframe, budget, staff, etc.

· Liaise with clients (internal management) and vendors

· Note and report all relevant information to company in regards to consulting and HR sourcing

 

Requirements:

· 5+ years of Strategic Sourcing work experience with at least one year sourcing in the areas of HR, Professional Services and Consulting

· Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing practices

· Solid analytical and communication skills are a must

· Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree a plus
