Come lead the next revolution from Intuit, the makers of QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Quicken. A new team within Intuit has been chartered to re-invent and re-imagine the Online Banking experience offered by Financial Institutions. It's a tall task, with the very highest expectations. So we seek an entrepreneurial zealot who can change the world with his/her vision and relentless executioners drive. He/she has demonstrated a deep understanding of customer needs and turning that insight into one or more online products to meet those needs, and the ability to knock down barriers in order to "make it happen". Digital Insight, an Intuit company (NASDAQ: INTU), headquartered in Calabasas, CA, is the leading online banking provider to over 1700 banks and credit unions nationwide.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Product Management Leader to join Intuit’s Financial Institution Division. This position will be responsible for leading product management for our FinanceWorks offering and our efforts to fundamentally change the face of online banking as we become the benchmark and standard for online financial management.

FinanceWorks represents the next generation of online financial management by combining the best of Quicken with the best of online banking in a simple and automated offering. FinanceWorks will help our Financial Institution clients acquire, retain and grow profitable customers by helping make the FI’s web site the center of their customers’ financial lives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Effectively drives FinanceWorks V1 and V2+ offerings through the offering creation process by leading a cross functional team across all three core processes
• End-to-end responsibility means having ownership for effective execution across all three core processes
• Makes decisions on where and how in the customer experience we will delight the customer, both end users and FIs
• Establishes the strategy and offering roadmap that evolves basic online banking into online financial management, while creating growth and profitability for FIs and Intuit
• Drives decisions and delivers results for all 3 stakeholders
• Deeply understands personal finance needs of consumers and the needs of FIs and translates those insights into compelling offerings
• Monitors competitive environment and builds durable competitive advantage
• Makes the trade-offs to drive excellence in execution and results


QUALIFICATIONS

 Proven track record in building cross-functional teams at Intuit or equivalent experience
• Excellent influencing skills
• 5+ years of product management or marketing experience
• Senior Product Manager or Group Product Manager level
• MBA preferred or BS/BA with equivalent experience
