Independently develop ideas for new analytics and enhanced reporting capabilities. Contribute to operational and reporting projects as well as financial and strategic analyses. Ensure accuracy of all content.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES? Improves current processes and enhances current reporting tools through automation and process improvement.? Helps insure consistent reporting across the Reporting and Analytics team and the larger organization.? Assists in the production and delivery of reporting and analytics.? Builds and maintains strong relationships with end users globally.? Helps define reporting requirements and provides ongoing support.? Extracts and aggregates data from various systems.? Ensures accuracy of all content.? Helps develop, refine and implement new reporting strategies. Job Specifications ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent.? Three plus years experience? Strong analytical capabilities.? Demonstrated experience with complex data repositories.? Excel and Access expertise, VBA a strong plus.?
