Funding/Post-Closing Coordinator

Funding/Post-Closing Coordinator  Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Obtaining and reviewing the estimated HUD-1·  Acquiring select, signed closing-documents in order to issue funding authorization·  Obtaining underwriter sign-off prior to funding·  Following-up on the return of signed closing-documents·  Ordering and following-up on pay-offs and subordinations·  Obtaining hazard-insurance certificates from agents·  Requesting wires·  Conducting audits of complete, signed closing-packages upon return from closing agents·  Initiating Phase-Code 4 funding at the direction of the Loan Specialist·  Packaging and shiping collateral packages and loan files·  Assisting in resolving post-closing deficiencies   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  High school diploma·  1+ year(s) of experience assisting with processing and closing activities·  Excellent communicational, customer-service and organizational skills·  Good PC and database skills·  Ability to use loan-closing and -funding software   The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  College degree or completion of college coursework (towards a degree)·  Multi-state experience   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
