For more information, visit State Street's web site at www.statestreet.com Fund Accountant Formerly a Unit of IBT, State Street in Sacramento offers the following position: Job Responsibilities *Processes any or all of the following accounting transactions to generate the daily NAV: trades, corporate actions, cash, expenses, CAP Stock, or any other transaction related to the price of the fund.*Verifies the prices of securities.*Runs standard reports daily, weekly or monthly for auditors, clients or bank management.*Verifies cash or securities' holding discrepancies.*Computes periodic statistics, distribution rates and balances.*Other special projects or tasks as assigned.*Interacts with the client, brokers and various Bank departments (settlement, wire room, etc.) to resolve issues, typically trade related. Qualifications BS/BA or equivalent required. Accounting concentration preferred. Excellent analytical and communications skills necessary. Attention to Detail.
