DuPont Fibers Federal Credit Union is a full-service financial institution that has been serving our members since 1956.  Currently we have over 23,000 members nationwide, four full-service locations and are the third largest credit union in the Richmond area.  We are committed to offering the best member service and focused on providing our members the best financial value.

 

Job Description:Completes all types of member transactions relating to existing accounts as well as new accounts in an accurate and timely manner Addresses member’s questions and concerns Recognizes opportunities for cross-selling our products and services relating to each individual members financial needs Provides exceptional service to both internal and external members Enthusiastically supports and leads by example the Credit Union’s service vision, values, goals and policies Contributes to the team achievement of departmental goals by meeting or exceeding individual goals Maintains current knowledge of credit union policies and procedures

 

Qualifications:High School graduate or GED, unless in senior work-release program Basic computer skills Good communication skills Attention to detail Present a professional image at all times Must be able to perform tasks in an organized manner and have the ability to learn, comprehend and retain information Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

*Part-Time positions work 2-3 Saturdays per month
