Fraud Detection Analyst

Our client, one of the nation's largest issuers of business credit cards for small business owners, has 5 openings in their fraud department. Pay for this position is $13.00 per hour, hours of work are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, with a start date pending a background check.Job duties include, but are not limited to: taking lost/stolen reports, taking calls on fraud issues with customers, investigate and make calls on suspicious credit card activity. Must be detailed oriented, will be required to follow up with customers and file paperwork. Must have a pleasant and professional phone demeanor. Will be required to drug screen, background check, and fingerprint. Must have a high school diploma. Must possess the following skills: computer skills; including Microsoft word and excel, the ability to work independently, must be able to take initiative, great decision making skills, fraud or collections experience a plus.
