Foriegn Exchange (FX) Production Support --> Need ASAP

Department Overview: The FX & Ecommerce Production services team provide an end to end Support service for all applications & users globally, both for the FX Trading and Sales and other business support areas. A follow the Sun model is in place with local teams based in London, Bangalore and APAC, providing a 24X7 service. Being the primary contact point for all FX IT issues, the team have high exposure to and work with the Front to back Business teams on a daily basis.Main Function Of The Job: The role will need the candidate to investigate and resolve user & system generated issues across all the current production systems in a timely manner, both for local & global users & systems. To reduce and manage the impact of system issues affecting the relevant Business Units * Front Office, Middle & Back Office. Helping to improve the current Support model and provide a proactive service to our Front office and Sales users. The role also requires the candidate to remotely monitoring the off-shore (Bangalore) Service Desk during US trading hours.Main duties and responsibilities: Will include but not limited to : * Investigating / Revolving issues escalated by Front Office and Sales desks globally, * Managing Front Office issues and expectations * Working with Level 1 Support team in Bangalore to resolve FO & Sales issues * Incident & problem management * following up on root cause * User queries and Training * Liasing with Development teams to resolve Production issues and providing escalation support for Level 1 help desk team Candidate Profile: (e.g. team player, initiative, change agent, confident etc) * Temperament to work under pressure in a fast moving production environment * Confident in dealing with senior members of Front office, other business functions and IT management * Good communication skills * ability to liaise with both Business and IT users in a clear manner * Strong problem ownership skills and attitude * Previous knowledge of FX Products or Applications (RMS) * Experience of Front Office applicationsPlease send me your updated word formatted resume at nikhil.parekh@mriwoodbridge.com and call me on 732-582-3491.
