Foreclosure - Business Relationship Manager (Houston & Dallas locations)

Oversee and assess key workflow processes within the Foreclosure Department in accordance with established work rules essential to meeting goals and objectives to enhance timeline performance.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Review exception reports related to Key Performance Indicators to improve foreclosure and bankruptcy timeline performance.Payoff requestAffidavits and Judgment figuresBidsAcknowledgement of Foreclosure ReferralsBankruptcy ReleasesIn Process ReportsWork through controllable foreclosure delays to circumvent increases in Aged Inventory utilizing available representations and warrants for resolution Reduce Aged InventoryMake business decisions to settle on aged loansMonitor FA to ensure correspondence is addressed within KPI requirementsIdentify attorney performance issues and conduct on site audit reviews as frequently as needed Attend court hearings when necessaryParticipate in quarterly review of attorney performance by proposing recommendations to Senior Management for process improvements conducive to improving overall timeline performance including but not limited to reallocation of loans with non-performing attorneysArrange monthly and or bi-weekly meeting with FA Management Team to discuss issues and or trendsProvide Senior Management with monthly performance summary reportOther duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

·  High School diploma (or equivalent) is requiredCollege experience is preferredFour or more years experience in a Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and/or loss mitigation environment is requiredWork experience in Mortgage Banking is preferred
