Benefits from day 1!Job Description: Works with end user groups to evaluate and solve business challenges through the use of technology. Evaluates systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend and implement changes. Develops and implements information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. Responsible for design, development and implementation of systems and processes to fulfill business needs. Familiar with Financial Services and Information Technology concepts, best practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to produce innovative solutions. Manage vendor interactions to achieve measurable results. Act as an escalation point for team members. May lead, mentor and direct the work of others. A minimum 5 years related work experience with the Fiserv CBS technology and architecture required. Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
