Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Company: First Citizens Bank Financial Services Manager Position Description The Financial Services Manager supports the Bank's mission through effective inside branch sales and service leadership, targeted business development efforts and community involvement. The position assists with achieving Bank growth and profitability goals by effectively implementing and leading the inside marketing and business development plans for an assigned branch. The FSM is responsible for managing retail and business banking relationships assigned to the branch in accordance with the FCB core values, business operations guidelines and the Bank's prescribed sales process. Focus is on loan production, deposit growth and sales of non-credit fee-based products.The FSM manages one branch with one or more in-branch associates, to include at least one Financial Services Representative, and indirectly manages the branch tellers with respect to sales support and branch/customer relations. The FSM and direct reports serve as the primary contacts and financial advisors for designated customers providing financial solutions that address both personal and small business needs. To assist with achieving Bank growth and profitability goals by effectively designing, implementing and leading the branch's marketing and business development plan. To coach branch staff to increase sales and provide high quality customer service to customers. Position Requirements Basic Qualifications:Four-year college degree (BA, BS, BBA)Requires a minimum of 3 years experience in a sales, customer service and/or in a lending capacity, including at least 1 year experience in a lead or supervisory role.Preferred Qualifications:Considerable knowledge of retail lending policies & procedures.Strong credit analysis skills in personal cash flow and general credit analysis skills in business cash flow.
