Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Company: First Citizens Bank Financial Service Representative (Expansion Market - Franklin, TN) Position Description To assist in achieving Bank growth and profitability goals by effectively implementing the branch's marketing and business development plan, selling deposit and credit products and providing high quality customer service for all customers.The incumbent reports to a Financial Services Manager and is responsible and accountable for actively selling the retail and business products of the Bank. The incumbent focuses primarily on deposit generation, but also handles all retail loan referrals from business lending partners, and generates sales related to deposit and/or fee-based service accounts. The incumbent develops sales through a well-planned and executed outside calling program. This position is a high customer contact position. Position Requirements BASIC REQUIREMENTS:- High school diploma or GED - 12+ months of retail lending experience- 3+ years of outside sales experience in a financial services/banking environmentOTHER REQUIREMENTS:Proven track record of reaching or exceeding specific activity and production goals. Considerable knowledge of new account opening procedures, consumer credit, consumer and business products. Apply Online
