Responsibilities May Include but not limited to: **Prepare deposits and report on all monies collected for registrationfees, membership fees, sessions/seminars, and exhibitor service fees. **Work with Customer Service to contact individual registrants to verify and/or correct incomplete registrations or payments **Process credit card payments through VeriSign and Paypal balancing all money collected and reported to clients. **Check database regularly correcting any inconsistencies, charges, registration options, exhibitor services selected. **Meet deadlines for reporting directly to clients and other departments. **Filing or sorting information as directed. **Other duties as assigned.

Requirements**The ability to multitask while maintaining a high attention to detail **Experience working with numerical data and/or reporting **Must be able to follow detail verbal/written instructions and alpha/numeric sequencing in accordance with deadlines **HS Diploma - Some College course work preferred. **Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a productive team member **Professionalism and enthusiasm If you're interested in joining an industry leader, contact us today!
