Financial Analysis and Reporting Specialist This position has the primary responsibility for financial/operating system awareness and control, including creating and analyzing various financial reports. Requires interaction with key bank personnel to develop and enhance the management reporting and understanding by all levels of management. Fin Reporting Specialist, X20 - A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required; a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related area or a minimum 6 years previous professional level accounting or related financial experience in a financial institution is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to concisely convey system abilities and opportunities required. Strong mathematical and analytical skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong 10-key and data entry skills, demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheet, word processing, and database software, flexibility, the ability to work well under deadlines, the ability to prioritize and work independently are required. Must be able to tactfully and courteously communicate by telephone and in person.
