Manages largest, most sensitive client accounts including trusts, estates, personal retirement and agency relationships which have a significant impact on department revenue; ensures client accounts are administered according to governing documents and the goals and objectives of the client.  Makes critical decisions regarding portfolio management independently.2. Reviews and approves trust documents and wills prior to execution.3. Leads financial advisory business development activities of region, including account retention, cross-sell of existing clients and development of new business relationships. 4. Performs various estate settlement activities as assigned, including inventorying and appraising property, preparing probate paperwork, closing accounts, settling life insurance, preparing individual and estate tax returns, coordinating government audits, assisting other internal personnel on tax or financial planning issues and other responsibilities. 5. Communicates regularly with investment, tax, fiduciary services and other appropriate internal areas to give and receive updated client information, ensure proper administration of Company policies and regulatory guidelines and ensure coordination of services.    Education and Experience Qualifications:· 4-year degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required.· 5-7 years related experience required.· Completion of a recognized trust school program required prior to employment.  Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:· Comprehensive knowledge of financial management and investments required.· Financial and professional designations required.· Ability to formulate complete financial plans for significant clients.· In-depth understanding of wills, estates and trust laws required.· Strong sales ability, including proven experience successfully attracting new clients.· Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills required.· Supervisory experience preferred.· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. To apply for this position please visit www.commerceonline.com, click JOIN OUR TEAM and complete an online application.
