Fiduciary Assistant

The Fiduciary Services Group of Bryn Mawr Trust's Wealth Management Division has an open position for a Fiduciary Assistant. Specifically, this individual will support two Trust Relationship Managers in all aspects of trust and estate administration. Responsibilities include all duties relative to the management of existing accounts such as cash management, communications, income and fee analyses, organization and follow-through on account reviews, medical claims, banking services and tax returns, estate administration, opening of new accounts, closing accounts, telephone reception, production of letters and correspondence using Microsoft Word, special projects and assignments.

Qualifications include 3 to 5 years of trust and estate administration experience. Individual should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills; is good with details and working with numbers; has the ability to work under tight time frames and easily adapt to changes in schedules and; is able to deal with customers in a professional and effective manner. Bachelors degree in business is a requirement.  Paralegal degree a plus but not necessary.
