Experienced Agriculture Loan Officer

Red River State Bank is seeking a full-time loan officer for it’s main office located in Halstad, Minnesota.  The successful applicant will: 

·     Develop new business while maintaining and servicing existing loan portfolio;

·      Source, develop and underwrite new agriculture financial requests;

·    Develop and maintain superior customer relations with lending customers;

· Promote and sell bank’s products and services;

· Represent the bank through community involvement.

 

 Candidate qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent experience; 3+ years of agri-business lending in a community bank setting; Specialized credit and/or sales training;
