Executive Speechwriter and Publications Advisor
The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco seeks an executive speechwriter to prepare speeches on monetary policy and other Federal Reserve responsibilities for the Bank’s president. The ideal candidate will have: superior writing skills, with an aptitude for communicating with the general public in the fields of economics, finance, and policy; the ability to express economic arguments logically and clearly; and excellent collaboration skills, as the speechwriter works closely with the president and with senior staff in Economic Research to prepare the text.
This position is available immediately. Salary and rank are negotiable and will be competitive with the market.
