Securityplus Federal Credit Union, located in the Woodlawn section of Baltimore County, is growth oriented and one of the largest federal credit unions in Maryland with over $280 million in assets, and six branch locations.
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO & Executive Management Team and ensuring that the monthly ALCO and Board packages and minutes are complete and delivered to the committee and Board members in a timely manner. Strong administrative skills are required to prepare complex itineraries, travel logistics and meeting schedules. The candidate will have the ability to do research and draft correspondence, organize & coordinate meetings and events for CEO & Management Team, visiting meeting sites, reserving facilities, arranging catering, ensuring the proper set up of meeting rooms including tables, chairs, refreshments, A/V equipment, participant materials, etc.
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or three or more year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or equivalent work related experience is required. Candidate must have excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to convert, insert and manipulate graphics in Word and Adobe formats. Excellent organization and follow-up skills a must. We are looking for a professional demeanor, strong written, verbal, and mathematical skills as well as good phone manner. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential. Candidate should be comfortable working with all levels of management.
