Would you like to join a growing organization that values their employees?  Group Health Credit Union has an opening for an Executive Assistant. 

This position reports to a high-energy CEO.  The ideal candidate must have the ability to interact with internal and external executives in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.  Expert level written and verbal communications skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

 Requirements

· 5 + years experience supporting at the executive level.

· Excellent calendar management skill, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.

· Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite 2007. 

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in meeting planning and scheduling travel arrangements.
