Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM Qualifications 3-5 years administrative experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendaring. Strong organizational skills. Excellent customer relations skills. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Regional Manager of Commercial Real Estate including maintaining calendars, scheduling and planning meetings, managing invoicing and bill payments, coordinating travel, and supporting all other necessary administration. Must be able to work independently, prioritize multiple requests.
