Including yours. * As ranked for 2006 by Inside Mortgage Finance (Feb. 2, 2007)© 2007. Eviction Specialist I   Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Initiating and overseeing the Eviction process on CHL and Investor Owned REO Properties within the prescribed Investor and/or departmental guidelines·  Overseeing the Cash-for-Keys process in all states where necessary·  Arranging for the transfer of funds and the required documentation per individual state·  Starting the Eviction process with Attorneys·  Gathering and preparing data to present to the Sales staff and/or Management regarding offering Cash-for-Keys or entering into a Stipulation·  Keeping the Sales staff and Investors informed of any changes in Eviction statuses·  Typing, proofreading and mailing routine correspondence·  Preparing reports for Management·  Selecting and monitoring Eviction Attorneys   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  High school diploma, GED or equivalent·  1+ year(s) of related experience·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills·  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel   The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  2-3 years of Real Estate and/or Office Administration experience·  Knowledge of Real Estate Sales Transactions·  Ability to type 35+ wpm   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
