Electronic Banking/Merchant Processing Coordinator
The Bryn Mawr Trust Company has an open position for an Electronic Banking/Merchant Processing Coordinator. Responsiblities of this position include new enrollment setups, password resets, bill payment research, maintaining and replying to all e-mail messages received through the Telebank and Fraud Alerts mailbox, monthly billing, providing technical support to customers, posting late incoming wires, fulfilling and processing merchant applications and assisting with other projects as needed. Also, assisting in the Telephone Banking Department during specific times especially when call volume is high.
Requirements of the position include good organization and communication skills, detail oriented and good computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. This individual must work well with others and be able to handle multiple tasks and be a good problem solver. Some technical experience is required.
