A successful candidate will be resourceful in introducing new products and services into a newly established E-Services Department.

 

You’ll need to be a hands-on strategic thinker with the willingness to take risks based on analysis. A big part of this job will be working collaboratively with internal and external partners to fulfill the Credit Union’s E-Services strategy.

 

Candidates need to understand that working for a credit union means thinking primarily of member service and finding the best products and services to fit their needs while delivering them in an accessible and competitive manner.

This exempt position is located in Olympia, WA and offers an annual salary of $59,160 to $81,036 plus a competitive and generous benefits package. 

 

This position will remain open until filled.

 

HOURS:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.  Flexible hours and extended hours are necessary to meet business needs.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION:  Required – Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology or closely related field. Preferred – Financial services industry experience and well versed in project management methodologies.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:  Required – Proficiency with technical writing. Extensive business analysis skills with proven ability to extract member/customer requirements. Solid understanding of software and web development. General knowledge of budgeting and business math is required.  Preferred – Online financial services product knowledge.
