This position will be responsible for directing the retail activities and supervision of 7 or more Banking Centers reporting to the Regional Manager in the Western MarketResponsible for setting and achieving aggressive goals, operational efficiencies and developing a strong sales management team within their districtResponsible for the Banking Center SystemDemonstrated ability to drive sales through creative coaching and calling techniquesDemonstrated leadership, planning and managerial abilitiesResponsible for operational knowledge and managing riskResponsible for community involvementHiring, retaining, motivating, coaching and development of teams Bachelor's Degree10 years management experience to include staff development and operations experience or 4 years Successful Annual Review rating as a Banking Center Manager at Comerica10 years retail banking sales and business development experience or 4 years Successful Annual Review rating as a Banking Center Manager at Comerica1 year experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.), Windows and Web-based applications
