Outstanding Midwest OpportunityUpward Mobility Potential Our client is a multi-billion dollar bank with a strong presence in Southern Wisconsin.  They are proud to have an excellent reputation for providing financial services to the communities they serve combined with exceptional customer service.  They are looking for an experienced retail banking manager to add value and bring fresh ideas to their strategic management team. This position is responsible for the management of sales and operations for the designated district.  You will manage 10 – 20 branches and report directly to the Regional Retail Director.  This is a clear and defined plan for internal promotions in the near future.  Must haves include a minimum of 10 years retail bank management experience. You should currently be managing a multi-branch network and have a proven track record of growing the assets of a retail banking network as well as strengthening the service.  A Bachelors degree is required, Masters degree is preferred.  MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
