Description

The Director of Human Resources will plan, direct and carry out all phases of human resources; including but not limited to recruiting, training, compensation and benefit evaluation, administration, payroll, employee relations and personnel tracking. The chosen candidate will coach and mentor employees in HR administration and recruiting relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust.

QualificationsAt least 15 years of experience as in Human Resources Demonstrated Human Resources knowledge in all Generalist areas of Human ResourcesExperience with managing a team, must be able to move a team forwardMust have diplomacy skillsSelf MotivatedStrong people skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple functions concurrentlyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi task and handle large volume of workExperience in finance or banking preferredSPHR certification preferred Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources
