Director of Commercial Sales Support in Central Texas

Description
You will be responsible for the strategic direction and innovation of our sales culture and processes, and its cohesive application and monitoring across all lines of business. You will be responsible for leading our culture by transformation, providing technical support and advice as the expert. Creating Relationship Management concepts, tools and application - assures Relationship Management is a part of our culture. Determine standards, frequency and messaging of merchandizing; and customer perspective in product innovation. Promote and drive home strategic concepts through the creation and hosting of quarterly network team building and recognition gatherings. Developing monthly sales calendars, including sales sprints, new products, sales initiatives, best practices, and reinforcing culture through energizing regional reward and recognition programs.
Responsible for results on an individual and team basis.
QualificationsAt least 5-7 year of experience working in a banking environmentVery knowledgably in all banking products and services, focusing heavily on commercial bankingStrong customer service/sales orientationAbility to adapt very quickly with changes in internal and external environmentsSelf motivatedStrong people skillsAbility to multi taskAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrentlyStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust have an undergrad degree
