ComputerTraining.com, a growing company with plans to double its campuses over the next three years, is seeking a Director of Admissions to help support our expansion. Since 1985, ComputerTraining.com has been a premier provider of instructor-led course work for leading Microsoft IT certifications. However, what truly sets us apart from our competition is our talented team of professionals.
Reporting to the Regional Director of Admissions, the Director will be responsible for managing student enrollment/business development objectives for their assigned campus location. This position requires advanced and collaborative communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities as a part of daily responsibilities. The successful candidate must demonstrate a successful history of working together in team settings to achieve superior outcomes.
Job Responsibilities-
•Meet with and present daily to prospective students providing detailed information about ComputerTraining.com education/IT certification programs
•Cooperative interaction with multiple departments as follows: Career Services, Training, Student Loan Verification and Admissions Support
•Hands-on leadership, inspiration and motivation of prospective students to exceed monthly enrollment objectives
•Manage a collaborative student enrollment process to achieve the highest possible levels of satisfaction for prospective students
•Ensure company admissions control programs and standards are executed to ensure that accreditation standards and regulations are fulfilled
•Reporting and management of daily, weekly and monthly enrollment objectives
•Maintain a complete and thorough understanding of student funding options
Job Requirements
•2-3 years of solid career experience- successful candidates have come from numerous backgrounds including- Sales (Consultative), Financial Services, Insurance, Teaching/Education, Real Estate, Service Industry
•4-year college degree preferred; recent college grads encouraged to apply
•Proficiency with Microsoft computer software
•Superior verbal and written communication skills
•Adept at collaborative negotiation involving multiple stakeholders and influencing people of all levels and backgrounds
•Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and sense of urgency to obtain results on a consistent basis
