Dialer Analyst

Dialer Analyst Enhanced Recovery Corporation is looking for a Dialer Analyst with a strong background in Auto Dialer Administration in a Call Center/Bridge Environment.  The Candidate will be monitoring and managing Inbound and Outbound volume, Call Center statistics and agent utilization.Must be familiar with managing inbound site allocation % blockage and projections for optimal ASA, Abandonment and Blockage %, as well as manage Outbound Campaigns and Portfolio Penetration. Will also be analyzing statistical Inbound and Outbound data for trending purposes to help accomplish desired contact rate percentages based upon best time to call.  Must possess the ability to work independently while maintaining an organized and systematic approach to task completion. Must have experience in formulating recommendations and options based upon analysis, data and input from users, business unit management and other technical staff.Must have experience with query development and report writing tools, programs and software capability. Software application proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access are required.Must also have excellent oral and written communication skills.An Associate's degree, technical degree or two years college course work and two years work experience in Collections or similar environment is required.
