Deposit Operations Clerk
We seek a well-organized person to perform a wide-variety of clerical duties in the Deposit Operations Department. Duties include light typing, filing, daily telephone inquiries and transfers, daily teller entries as well as teller settlement.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to: processing the Bank's Return Deposits Items daily; verifying all deposit maintenance, ensuring that proper authorization and documentation has been received in accordance with established policies and procedures; verifying daily incoming and outgoing wire transfers ensuring proper authorization and documentation has been received; offsite ATM settlement as well as keeipng track of inventory balances; and other responsibilities as outlined on the job description and as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous processing/teller experience; at least six months computer experience. Knowledge of proper business English and Math skills and ability to follow directions in a timely and accurate manner are a must.
