Customer Services Representative

Overview:

Growing financial retail company in Northern Virginia is searching for customer service representatives in Alexandria, Manassas and the Tyson's Corner areas.Financial experience not necessary but good people skills are a must.  Collections experience is a plus.  Responsibilities include originating new loans and collecting on existing accounts.We provide a positive work environment with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.  We pay the full cost of your healthcare (family coverage is extra).

Duties:

* Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; provide suggestions regarding other products and services.

* Open and create new accounts by recording account information.

* Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

* Maintain customer records by adjusting and updating account information.

* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaint; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite solution; follow-up to ensure resolution.

* Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related objectives as needed.
