Including yours. * As ranked for 2006 by Inside Mortgage Finance (Feb. 2, 2007)© 2007.Customer-Service Telephone Representative  Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Receiving, responding to and resolving customer telephone-inquires regarding real-estate loans in a high-volume call center·  Maintaining departmental quality and productivity standards·  Cross-referring a variety of Countrywide products and services·  Participating in telemarketing and outbound-dialing campaigns·  Performing other work-related duties, as assigned—including (but not limited to) customer e-mail and correspondence   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  High school diploma or GED ·  6+ months experience in a high-volume, customer-service environment·  Excellent communicational, comprehension, listening and negotiating skills·  PC experience—with the ability to simultaneously access and navigate several computer applications·  Excellent customer-relation skills·  Ability to solve problems in a high-volume, production-oriented environment·  Ability to accurately and expediently handle heavy phone activity   The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  Call-center experience·  Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
