Customer Service Representative I Part-Time
Customer Service Representative I
Universal Bank is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative I for our Eagle Rock branch. Universal Bank was founded in 1954. For over forty-nine years, our Customer Service Representatives have paved the way to our stable and financially sound institution dedicated to the commitment of serving our local communities. Customer Service Representative I assist in providing a full range of financial services including, but not limited to, real estate investment loans, home loans, small business loans and other investment depository accounts.
Responsibilities:
Control cash limits and may be in charge of overall branch operations and audits. Relieve or assist staff members with daily work flow. Perform a variety of duties in promoting bank deposit products. Enforce compliance of UB's policies and procedures. Will provide account services to customers, record transactions and reconcile cash drawer. Must be able to cross-sell bank products and comply with all bank operations and security procedures. Contribute to team effort by maintaining customer confidence and protecting bank operations.
CSRI must possess the following:
At least one year of branch banking experience. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and clients. Capable of balancing, counting money, and making basic arithmetical computations. Computer literate. Experience with FiserVision a plus.
