Customer Service Professional - Telephone Banker

This position is based in our call center in Buffalo Grove.  

Responsibilities:  Via telephone, you will respond to customers' inquiries in regards to a wide range of Bank products and services;  resolve customer concerns by providing consultative services and demonstrating strong problem solving skills; cross sell additional products as appropriate, generating new business; and support service / marketing / sales campaigns.

 

The responsibilities include:

Complete one and done service related to banking
Building lasting relationships by cross selling all of our banking products and services
Diagnose and resolve customer issues via telephone, utilizing all bank resources
Effectively utilize all resources (internal and external)
Stay abreast of changes in procedures and bank products to assist customers

Qualifications:

Strong Leadership Skills
3-5 Years Sales Experience
3-5 Years Banking Customer Service Experience is required
Ability to multi-task
Ability to type 35-40 wpm
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional telephone etiquette

Shift: Flexible Midday Shift
Monday through Friday
Start Time 11:00 am to 1:15 am
Saturday possible, Start Time: 8:00 or 8:15 a.m.
End Time 8:45pm to 10:00 pm
Regular Day Off during week to be determined based on business needs
Either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off
