Customer Service Dispute Rep TRAINING CLASS BEGINS SEPTEMBER 22 SHIFT IS 12:30 - 9:00 PM JOB DESCRIPTION:The Phone Disputes Rep is responsible to initiate the cardholder dispute process according to Visa and MasterCard rules and according to Federal Regulations. This involves handling incoming calls from cardholders, financial institutions and issuers with questions regarding potential disputes, checking on the status of a dispute or initiating a dispute by phone. SKILLS NEEDED FOR A GOOD DISPUTES REP:- Excellent communication skills- Strong decision-making skills & ability to multi-task - Ability to pay attention to details & perform work accurately - Stable work history with excellent attendance record- Ability to work well in a fast paced in-bound call environment. SCHEDULE:Monday – Friday, 12:30-9:00 PMThere will be four weeks of classroom training from 12:30-9:00 PM Mon-Fri REQUIREMENTS:- High School Diploma or equivalent- One year of previous call center experience - Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm- Strong Internet navigation skills PAY:$12.50/hr plus shift differential of 5% after 6 PM BENEFITS:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, 401K, Employee Stock Purchase Plan COMPUTER TESTING REQUIRED:Typing, Internet Navigation and Personality/Productivity Analysis
