In this role, you will support the Bank's mission by assisting our customers with achieving their financial goals. > Job Summary: > Handles all phases of customer questions concerning their lease throughout the entire life cycle of a lease > Maintains a record of incoming customer callsRequirements: Job Specifications: Education(ED), experience(EX), and knowledge/abilities (K/A) required for competent performance in the job. ED High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or College degree can be substituted in lieu of experience. EX Six (6) months' customer service and/or sales experience. K/A Strong attention to detail. K/A Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills. K/A Strong organizational skills. K/A Basic knowledge of personal computers and related office software. K/A Strong problem solving ability. K/A Thorough knowledge of account operational and departmental procedures. K/A Ability to work with minimum supervision. K/A Aptitude for working with numbers.
