Function:

Handle inbound hazard insurance related telephone calls. Support borrowers and external customers. Maintain hazard and lender placed hazard/ flood insurance on mortgage loans. Essential Job Functions:


Weight Time Spent Function85% Ongoing Handle inbound telephone calls from borrowers. Answer questions regarding Insurance/Lender Placed Insurance. Updates records and note system as required. 5% Serve as backup to other reams as requested by Supervisor. 10% Assist with follow up reports to reduce unnecessary repeat calls.

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or GED Minimum two years of experience in the mortgage banking industry or four years as a telephone and/or online customer service representative. Excellent customer service skills Written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills Problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a plus. Flexible with work schedules. Proficiency in using a PC. Ability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment Multi-tasking capabilities
