In this telephone servicing position, you will be expected to provide prompt, efficient and exceptional customer service. Calls include inquiries on company services, billing discrepancies, product inquires, annual percentage rates, payment issues and other general inquiries. In-depth knowledge of company products, services, policies and procedures will be required. If you are able to provide extraordinary customer care, this job is for you! Join our devoted customer advocates at American Express and enjoy an attractive starting salary of $13.41 plus- per hour (based on experience). Shift differentials apply. Position will include approximately 90 days of paid training. Our call center is conveniently located 4315 South 2700 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84184. QUALIFICATIONS: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills - Demonstrated solid work history - Experience in a fast paced, high volume work environment - Excellent keyboard and Windows navigation skills - Ability to work varied schedule in a call center operation that may include working weekends - High school diploma or GED required. Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
